§ 1: Local scope of application

It is bounded by Reuterstraße, August-Bier-Straße, Franz-Lohe-Straße, Ahrweg, Rheinweg, Moselweg, Saarweg, Gierenweg, Karl-Barth-Straße, Hermann-Milde-Straße, Urstadtstraße, Hindenburgplatz, Gustav-Oel-Straße, Kallenweg, western boundary of the property Bergstraße no. 135, Bergstraße, Karthäuserstraße, western boundary of the property Karthäuserstraße no. 8, north-western boundaries of the properties Karthäuserplatz no. 21 and Nikolausstraße no. 18, Nikolausstraße including the properties Nikolausstraße no. 6, no. 8 and no. 10, and Bonner Talweg.
