Car wash information
Washing cars by hand on public roads or on (paved) private properties is not generally prohibited. The prerequisite is that the road or property is connected to the public sewer system so that the dirty water cannot seep into the ground. Furthermore, only commercially available cleaning agents may be used.
Engine washing and the use of special oil-dissolving cleaners are generally prohibited.
