Depending on staff capacity, daily appointments are activated between 7:00 am and 7:30 am. Appointments canceled by citizens are automatically made available again immediately. Please check the availability of appointments in between if necessary.
2. emergencies or particularly urgent matters?
In urgent cases, please proceed as described under point 1 and check on a daily basis whether other citizens have canceled their appointments and thus appointments have become available at short notice.
When is there an emergency?
Registration
- Travel documents are mandatory, a trip is imminent (five to seven days). Prerequisite: The travel date must be proven by a corresponding booking confirmation.
- Theft or loss of identity documents (identity card).
Vehicle registration
- Theft or loss of vehicle documents (registration certificate part I - vehicle registration document)
- Theft or loss of license plates
- Small businesses (cabs and similar) when re-registering replacement vehicles after loss or damage
Prerequisites: Copy of the trade license and purchase contract for the vehicle to be registered
Driving license
- Loss or theft of driving license
- Loss or theft of the driver card

It is the responsibility of the local Citizens Service Center to check and decide if it is an emergency.
For all emergency requests, please bring proof of urgency with you if possible.
If, despite all efforts, you have not received an appointment on the day, you can visit the Citizens Service Center in person. Please allow for longer waiting times. Depending on availability, you may only be able to get an appointment for the following day and may have to come again.
