The aim of food monitoring is to protect the health of consumers and to protect them from deception and disgust. All processes that the products go through are monitored: From the initial production in agriculture, through extraction and processing, to the placing of the products on the market.
Companies such as meat processing companies, bakeries, commercial kitchens, catering establishments and retailers are regularly inspected and samples are taken.
