Public transportation:
With the

subway lines 16 and 63, or
the bus lines 601, 602, 630, 631 and 817
to the bus stop "Tannenbusch Mitte". From here it is only a few meters on foot.

Parking:
There are no public parking spaces in the adjacent underground parking garage. Instead, you can park along Oppelner Straße or in one of the parking lots in the surrounding area.

If you have a disabled pass, you can park in the inner courtyard. Please let us know so that we can unlock a disabled parking space for you.

Notes and forms

Trust and confidentiality

Trust between you and us is the most important prerequisite for successful counseling for parents, adolescents and children. All employees of the family counseling center are subject to the legal duty of confidentiality. Everything you tell us will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on without your consent. Discussions with other people (e.g. in kindergartens or schools) will only take place with your express written consent.

Children and adolescents have an independent right to confidentiality, which we also uphold towards their parents. Exceptions to the duty of confidentiality are clear indications of planned or committed serious crimes, imminent danger to themselves or others and indications of a risk to the child's welfare.

Teamwork is a quality feature of our advice center. If necessary, we use internal team meetings to obtain professional suggestions and support for your counseling from the other specialists. It goes without saying that all team members are bound to confidentiality.

Data protection

For the duration of your consultation, we store your personal data and the progress of your consultation on paper or electronically. We keep everything confidential and well protected. After the end of the consultation, we store the data securely for five years. If you do not wish us to do this, please let us know. We will then destroy our documentation at the end of the consultation.

Free of charge and voluntary

The services offered by our advice center are financed by public funds. It is free of charge for you. We ask you to keep the agreed appointments and only cancel them in good time if there are good reasons for doing so. The use of counseling services is always voluntary.
