Recruitment of skilled workers and training

A company is only as good as its employees

Employees are the heart of a company. Attracting and retaining a sufficient number of good specialists is one of the biggest challenges. The shortage of skilled workers in Germany is currently at a high level. Demographic change plays a major role here. Cooperation with schools and universities is one way of attracting skilled workers. An attractive range of training and further education opportunities will retain employees at the company in the long term. The establishment of a central advice center, health offers for employees, family friendliness and an open welcoming culture are further benefits that make companies attractive to employees today.

In order to achieve the climate targets, it is necessary for climate-related professions, especially climate-related trades, to experience an enormous influx and for young people to become enthusiastic about these training professions and fields of study.

The network of the Nachhaltigkeits-Hub Region Bonn offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with other entrepreneurs about successful and unsuccessful strategies for recruiting skilled workers and thus learn from each other. You can also use the following offers to network and be inspired.
