Essential legal basis/s (both in terms of substantive law and procedural and data protection law) | The Office for Social Affairs and Housing processes data for the purpose of carrying out its tasks in accordance with the requirements arising from the tasks and objectives of the basic concept "Promotion of civic engagement in the area of the City of Bonn" (DS No. 1313481). Data processing by the Office for Social Affairs and Housing is based in particular on Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR in conjunction with § SECTION 3 DSG NRW. In particular, data processing is permitted in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR if the data subject has given their consent. If data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent, the consent can be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. Duration of storage and retention periods (from legal provisions such as cash register, commercial, tax law or KGSt recommendations) | The data is stored until deletion is requested by a data subject or it is obvious that further storage is no longer appropriate (e.g. if an association is dissolved). From this point onwards, it may no longer be possible to arrange (further) volunteering. NRW volunteer card: Personal data is generally stored for five years after the volunteer card expires, i.e. for a total of seven years after it is issued. NRW anniversary volunteer card: Personal data is generally retained for five years after issue. All data must be offered to the responsible city archive of the City of Bonn after the retention period has expired and before deletion in accordance with the NRW Archive Act. If the data is not accepted by the city archive, your data will be deleted. |
