Purpose(s) of data processing (Specification of the main tasks; e.g. issuing and withdrawing driving licenses) | In cooperation between the City of Bonn and the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia, your personal data collected via the NRW volunteer card app will be processed for the purpose of applying for the NRW volunteer card in the NRW volunteer card administration program. The aforementioned cooperation offices have joint responsibility for data processing within the meaning of Article 26 GDPR. Within the scope of joint responsibility, the City of Bonn is responsible for the processing of personal data in the NRW Volunteer Card administration program. The State Chancellery of NRW is responsible for the processing of personal data in the volunteer card app and the administration program (access due to system administration) within the scope of joint responsibility. |
Essential legal basis/s (both in terms of substantive law and procedural and data protection law) | The Volunteer Agency of the Office for Social Affairs and Housing processes the data for the purpose of carrying out its tasks in accordance with the specifications resulting from the tasks and objectives of the basic concept "Promotion of civic engagement in the area of the City of Bonn". Data processing by the Office for Social Affairs and Housing is based in particular on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e) GDPR in conjunction with Section 3 para. 1 of the Data Protection Act of North Rhine-Westphalia (DSG NRW). In particular, data processing is also permitted pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR if the data subject has given their consent. If data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent, the consent can be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. This does not affect the processing that took place before consent was withdrawn. |
