Renewal fee for maintaining the grave without burial rights.

The fee for maintaining an elective grave in accordance with § 20 FS* or an urn grave in accordance with § 26 FS* without burial rights is fixed. An extension of the right of use of elective graves for care purposes is only possible upon expiry of the right of use without entitlement to a new burial. § Section 42 (2) remains unaffected. Further processing fees will be charged (Tariff No. 1.1.2).

In addition to the administrative services, the fee includes the digging of the grave, the decoration of the grave, the closing of the grave and the transportation of the wreaths and floral decorations to the grave as well as the erection of a wreath mound.

In addition to the administrative services, the fee includes the storage of the urn, the execution of the burial and the transportation of the wreaths and floral decorations to the grave or memorial.

Funerals carried out by private companies

If the opening and closing of the grave (including grave decoration, grave mound and wreath and decoration placement) is carried out by private companies in accordance with § 10 of the FS, the fee is reduced to

Permit for the erection of memorials, stone surrounds and cover plates in accordance with § 38 FS*:

The fees according to tariff no. 5.4.1 to 5.4.3 include

• Examination of the permissibility of the planned grave design in accordance with the relevant provisions of the FS*
• Examination of the specified grave location
• Issuing the permit
• Verification of conformity between approved and executed grave design
• Regular inspection of the stability and traffic safety of the approved grave location until it is removed.
