Overview
Legal transactions and projects within formally defined redevelopment areas and development areas are subject to written approval in accordance with Section 144 of the German Building Code.
This includes legal transactions such as
- Sale of land,
- division of land,
- creation of a mortgage or land charge, rental agreements;
- Projects such as the construction, modification and removal of buildings,
- value-enhancing changes to properties and
- significant changes to the ground surface.
