At its meeting on June 14, 2006, the Council of the City of Bonn adopted the following bylaws on the basis of Section 142 (1) and (3) of the Building Code (BauGB), Sections 7 (1) and 41 (1) (f) of the Municipal Code for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (GO NRW), in each case as last amended.
