The new building on the site between the railroad line on the right bank of the Rhine and Karl-Duwe-Strasse, directly next to the existing parking garage, will complete the urban development upgrade of Konrad-Zuse-Platz at Bonner Bogen. The office building will have a gross floor area of around 4,300 square meters. The developer will implement mobility measures to minimize additional vehicle traffic.

Parallel to the realization of the Innovation Greenhouse, the developer intends to draw up project-related development plan no. 8120-17 in order to implement the construction of the Rhine pavilion for gastronomic use on an area to the southwest of the planning area directly on the banks of the Rhine. The two planning procedures are running separately. The planning documents for the Rhine pavilion are currently being drawn up for a public display to be decided. However, some of the expert reports for both projects have been prepared together.
