Life in a family is characterized by highs and lows. Challenges and conflicts are a part of this and are completely normal. However, sometimes our concerns grow too big for us to cope with and so it may be helpful to seek out support. We are happy to help - eager to listen and give competent advice. Our offering is aimed at adults, children, adolescents as well as educational staff, and it covers all issues relating to family and upbringing.

Our advice is free of charge, voluntary and, of course, anything you tell us is treated confidentially. We are legally bound to maintain strict confidentiality and, unlike the specialist services for the "Familienund Erziehungshilfe" (social services and family assistance), we do not cooperate in family court proceedings.

Our counselling sessions can take place in person at our counselling center as well as by phone or video call in order to offer you as much flexibility as possible.

Team and languages
Our team comprises pedagogical and psychological specialists with additional therapy qualifications; we also have a specialist adviser on sexual violence and specialisms in escape and migration. We speak German, English, Arabic, Serbian, French, Dutch, Bosnian and Croatian, and we also work with interpreters.

We advise parents on:

• Pedagogical issues and difficulties with upbringing
• Family crises
• Concerns about childhood development
• Behavioral problems (e.g. aggressiveness, concentration difficulties, bedwetting, social withdrawal)
• Puberty
• Separation/divorce and shaping future family life

We advise children, adolescents and young adults up to 22 years of age on:

• Problems at school

Our consultations are free, facultative and, preferably, confidential. We are bound by legal professional secrecy and, contrary to specialized family and education support services, we do not participate in proceedings before the family court.

In order to offer you maximum flexibility, our consultations are held both in person at our advice center and by telephone or video. Ekipi ynë formohet nga psikologë/psikologe të diplomuar/a dhe punonjës/e socialë/sociale të diplomuar/a, psikoterapistë/psikoterapiste dhe terapistë/terapiste familjarë/familjare.

Noi suntem aici pentru părinţi atunci când...

• Constataţi dificultăţi în educarea copilului dumneavoastră.
• Copilul dumneavoastră are probleme la grădiniţă sau şcoală.
• Copilul dumneavoastră prezintă un comportament frapant, de exemplu agresiv, de refuz sau neliniştit, nu se poate concentra, are anxietăţi sau insomnii.
• Aveţi întrebări privind copilăria şi educaţia în Germania.

Atât la 8 cât şi la 18 ani, poţi discuta cu noi atunci când...

• sunt certuri frecvente acasă sau la şcoală,
• există tensiuni cu prietenii sau te simţi terorizat (bullied),
• pur şi simplu doreşti să discuţi cu cineva,
• te simţi constrâns prin violenţă sau ameninţat,
• îţi faci griji în privinţa viitorului,
• ai întrebări privind viaţa ta.

Putem discuta în germană, engleză, italiană, olandeză şi franceză. Dacă este necesar apelăm la translatori pentru alte limbi. Consilierea este pentru dumneavoastră gratuită şi anonimă. Datele personale sunt manipulate confidenţial şi sunt supuse obligaţialităţii de păstrare a confidenţialitii. Echipa noastră este constituită din psihologi şi lucrători sociali calificaţi, psihoterapeuţi şi terapeuţi de familie.

Nasz zespół składa się z wykwalifikowanych psychologów i pracowników socjalnych, psychoterapeutów i terapeutów rodzinnych.
