The Citizens' Services of the City of Bonn have a central operations control center for the field services (Public Order Field Service, Traffic Field Service and Joint Contact Point Bonn-Innenstadt "GABI").

Employees can be reached on 0228 - 77 33 33 from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 1 am. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, they are available from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.

The control center of the public order office accepts requests from citizens on the subject of hazard prevention to ensure and improve safety, order and cleanliness in the city area.

Possible concerns are:

• Everything to do with parking, matters relating to stationary traffic
• Sources of danger, such as broken branches, missing manhole covers, unleashed dogs in a children's playground or similar
• Illegal dumping of garbage in green spaces and on public roads
• Reports of scrap vehicles and bicycles
• Noise complaints

The public order hotline is connected to the central operations control center. The staff will take up the matter and take the necessary regulatory measures to avert danger, if necessary in cooperation with other departments.
