The City of Bonn's Violence Prevention Advisory Service aims to shape, support and promote prevention work in Bonn on a long-term and sustainable basis.
Through the specialist unit, educational child and youth protection in Bonn has placed a focus on promoting social skills in children and young people.
Our tasks and goals:
- Advising and supporting educational professionals, teachers, educators and multipliers from open youth facilities, all-day programs, schools or Kita on current developments, offers and training opportunities
- Establishing networks and carrying out committee work
- Planning, organizing and implementing further education and training measures
- Advice and support when applying for grants in accordance with the guidelines for the promotion of violence prevention.
- Drafting an action plan for dealing with violence
