The Wasserland sports hall in Kessenich, which has been closed since the end of August 2024 due to various water damage, can now be partially used again.
The left-hand part of the hall is open again without restrictions. The sports floor in the middle section of the hall has been inspected by an expert and can be used again for lighter loads, e.g. by primary school children.
The floor in the right-hand section of the hall was removed due to the water damage. The partition wall will remain permanently closed there. Clubs and schools have been informed of the news.
