The current Equal Opportunities Plan is valid for five years, from 2023 to 2027. It was drawn up by the Equal Opportunities Office and the City of Bonn's Human Resources and Organization Office and adopted by the Council in June 2023. Under the motto "Better equal, Bonn!", it sets HR goals, contains measures in connection with appointments and includes regulations on the compatibility of family and career.
