Area of wet grassland fallows and mowed pastures
The area was designated as a nature reserve on June 16, 2004 when the Ennert landscape plan came into force. The area is approximately 8.5 hectares in size and is located in the Holzlar district.
It is a richly structured grassland complex with wet meadows as well as wet and dry grassland fallow land. The special significance of the area lies in its importance as a stepping stone biotope. The presence of endangered animal and plant species has been documented in the nature reserve.
