The Sports and Pool Authority of the City of Bonn operates seven swimming pools: two indoor pools, four outdoor pools and one combined indoor/outdoor pool. Since 2018, the Friesdorf swimming pool has been converted for year-round operation with an air dome after the outdoor pool season.
