Bundestag election 2025: Ballot papers are available - polling stations open on February 8

The electoral office of the City of Bonn draws attention to the fact that the ballot papers for the 2025 Bundestag election are available, so that the polling stations in all city districts will open from Saturday, February 8, 2025. From this date, it will be possible to apply for postal voting documents in person at the four polling stations and vote directly on site.

The polling stations are located

  • for the city district of Bonn in the City Hall, Berliner Platz 2, entrance hall,
  • for the district of Bad Godesberg in Bad Godesberg Town Hall, Kürfürstenallee 2 - 3,
  • for the district of Beuel at Beuel Town Hall, Friedrich-Breuer-Straße 65, and
  • for the Hardtberg district at Hardtberg Town Hall, Villemombler Straße 1.

The opening hours of the polling stations are

  • Saturday, February 8, 2025, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m,
  • Mondays and Thursdays, 8 am to 6 pm,
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8 am to 4 pm,
  • Friday, February 14, 2025, 8 am to 1 pm,
  • Saturday. February 15, 2025, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • and Friday, February 21, 2025, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

If possible, ballot box voting or postal voting on site

In principle, the electoral office asks eligible voters to make use of the ballot box on election Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 8 am to 6 pm. If eligible voters are unable to attend on this day, postal voting on site is an alternative to ensure that their votes are included in the count.

The electoral office asks those who have postal voting documents sent to them to complete and return them quickly, as the time between sending the voting documents and returning them is short due to the early Bundestag election.
