The sports park was closed due to several water ingresses in recent months. Among other things, the leaking roof was repaired. The municipal building management is working intensively on a permanent solution to prevent water ingress in the future. Schools and clubs have been informed about the changes.
Sportpark Pennenfeld: Two parts of the hall can be used again
The right-hand section of the triple gymnasium at Pennenfeld Sports Park has been open for low-intensity sports since the beginning of March. This will be closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025, for floor renovation, but the left and middle sections of the hall are now fully usable again and can also be used for intensive sport.
