The flowering period depends on the whims of the April weather
As the cherry blossom depends heavily on the moods of the April weather and the preceding winter, it is almost impossible to predict the exact time of blossoming. The peak of the blossom period in Bonn usually falls in mid-April and lasts a maximum of ten to fourteen days - the warmer it is, the quicker the blossom comes to an end. By the beginning of May at the latest, the flowering dream is usually over and the flowers fall to the ground.
