The Geodata Customer Center is the central point of contact for all information, advice and applications from the Office of Land Management and Geoinformation.
Services
These bundled services include, in particular, the provision of extracts from the real estate cadastre, as well as the entire map and geodata distribution (city map, aerial photograph, historical maps, thematic maps). In addition, information on existing binding development plans, information from the register of vacant lots and the sale of the standard land value map are provided here.
If in-depth specialist advice proves necessary, the customer center will make targeted referrals to the relevant contact persons in the relevant specialist departments. This includes, for example, discussions on the provisions of the development plans or the provision of in-depth information from the standard land value map. The customer center also publishes the draft development plans as part of the public participation process.
