The Social Planning and Neighborhood Development department examines and evaluates social developments on a city-wide and small-scale basis. The analyses form the basis for social neighborhood and urban development. Sub-planning for the areas of care and special circumstances (e.g. addiction support) as well as planning for various district facilities are also part of the department. Furthermore, measures for services of general interest and integration services are supported.
