The city of Bonn has been celebrating "75 years of the Basic Law" for a year since September 2023. Political tourism is therefore a particularly popular topic among travelers this year. Guided tours on the "Path of Democracy" or visits to the former plenary chamber are therefore in high demand. However, the absolute highlight for all visitors is a tour of Villa Hammerschmidt, the second official residence of the Federal President.

In coordination with the Office of the Federal President, Bonn-Information is therefore offering another appointment to visit the location on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 1 to 3 pm. Interested parties must register with Bonn-Information at least two weeks in advance. Bookings and reservations can be made with the Bonn-Information service team by email at  bonninformationbonnde telephone on 0228 - 77 50 00 or in person at the Tourist-Information office in Windeckstraße on Münsterplatz. Tickets cost 13 euros, concessions 9 euros.
