Due to its historical significance, the Combahnviertel in the district of Beuel is to be designated as a monument area. Following a decision by the Bonn City Council on December 8, 2022, the city administration, together with the LVR-Amt für Denkmalpflege im Rheinland (LVR-ADR), will now present the statutes to the public and the owners.
The information event will begin on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 6 p.m. (admission from 5.30 p.m.) in the large meeting room of Beuel Town Hall, Friedrich-Breuer-Straße 65. The status of the procedure will be reported on.
Draft articles of association are displayed and published online
From Wednesday, February 1, up to and including Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the draft statutes and the explanatory statement will be published online on the city's participation portal www.bonn-macht-mit.de (opens in a new tab). Opinions can be expressed there as publicly viewable comments.
During the same period, the documents will be on display both in the City Hall, Floor 2 (in front of the Council Chamber), Berliner Platz 2, and in Beuel Town Hall, Friedrich-Breuer-Straße 65. They can be viewed on Mondays and Thursdays from 8 am to 6 pm and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm. Access to the City Hall and Beuel Town Hall is barrier-free.
During the exhibition period, citizens can send their concerns and suggestions by email to denkmalbehoerdebonnde or by post to City of Bonn, City Planning Office, Lower Monument Authority, City Hall, Berliner Platz 2, 53111 Bonn.
