As part of the work, the two stops will be converted to make them barrier-free, additional parking spaces for electric vehicles will be created and the sidewalks and carriageway will be upgraded. Tactile elements for people with visual impairments will be added at the Endenich Straße/Wittelsbacherring intersection.

The road section will be widened on one side so that traffic can be routed out of the city in the direction of Wittelsbacherring under one-way traffic control. Mozartstraße will remain open to residents. Access to the properties will be guaranteed.

The construction work is expected to be completed in July. However, it cannot be ruled out that unforeseeable underground conditions or bad weather, for example, may lead to delays in the construction process or completion of the work.
