In cooperation with local players in the real estate industry and the Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung (gif), the real estate service of the City of Bonn's economic development department has analyzed developments on Bonn's office property market for the fifteenth time and recorded them in the "Office Space Market Report 2025".
The result of the analysis is a significant increase in total space take-up from 97,000 square meters in 2023 to 160,000 square meters in 2024. 91 registered contracts were concluded. This also includes three large leases of over 10,000 square meters.
"Interest in Bonn as a business location continues unabated," says Victoria Appelbe, Head of the City of Bonn's Economic Development Department, adding: "Public institutions have played a major role in this, strengthening the location through extensive lettings and further consolidating the city as an important administrative center."
