According to its statutes, the German-Uzbek Society aims to foster and deepen German-Uzbek relations, especially in the cultural, scientific-technical and economic fields, by promoting personal contacts between individuals and mediating relations between organizations of both countries and supporting exchange programs.

The German-Uzbek Society aims to expand mutual knowledge about Germany and Uzbekistan and achieves this by organizing events on cultural, political, economic and scientific topics.

The German-Uzbek Society works within the framework of the city partnership between Bonn and Bukhara and cooperates closely with the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Federal Republic of Germany.
