The "amount to be paid" is the actual final amount from which the care insurance contributions for the care services have already been deducted! Based on a length of stay of 0 to 12 months with regard to the benefit supplement in accordance with §43c SGB X.

Explanations:
From care level 2, the care insurance fund pays a service supplement depending on the duration of the full inpatient stay.
For meals with tube feeding, the amount for meals is reduced by €195.90.
