Daily routine day care

The following is a typical daily routine in day care, which is not necessarily adhered to on all opening days. Due to special events (e.g. parties or excursions) or special requests from the day guests, the respective schedule may vary.

from 7:45 a.m.

Reachability of the staff in the facility (outside opening hours you can leave messages on an answering machine)
8 a.m. Start of the first transport service
around 9 a.m. Arrival of the day guests at the facility, followed by breakfast
from 9:15 a.m. Start of the second transport service
from 10 a.m. Activity groups (e.g. sitting gymnastics, memory training, discussion or newspaper rounds, musical and cultural activities, etc.)
from 12:15 p.m. Lunch
followed by midday rest
from 2 p.m. Activation group with coffee together
from 3 p.m. Start of the first transport service for the return journey and start of late care (e.g. board games, walks, TV, conversations, etc.)
around 4 p.m. Snack for the day guests in late care
around 5 p.m. Start of the second transport service for the return journey

Other measures, such as

  • Accompaniment to doctor's appointments and shopping and
  • care measures, such as the administration of medication,

are integrated into the process as required.
