"In Elke Vlaminck, we have gained a confident leader and experienced project developer," says Mayor Katja Dörner. Elke Vlaminck is 40 years old and lives in Cologne. A trained draughtswoman, she studied architecture at Cologne University of Applied Sciences and graduated in 2010. This was followed by a Master's degree in "Architecture: Project Development" at Bochum University of Applied Sciences. Elke Vlaminck is a member of the NRW Chamber of Architects and has been working for the Interboden Group (project development) since 2011, most recently as a senior project developer and since 2019 as an authorized signatory.
