Sven Sadewasser becomes new board member of Bonnorange AöR

Sven Sadewasser is to become the new CEO of Bonnorange AöR. Following a resolution to this effect by the administrative board of the municipal cleaning and waste disposal company in mid-March 2024, the Bonn City Council approved the appointment at its meeting on April 18, 2024.

On May 1, 2024, Sven Sadewasser will become the new CEO of Bonnorange AöR.

Mayor Katja Dörner: "It is important for the sustainable further development of Bonnorange AöR as a municipal waste management company to be able to fill this management position adequately now. Together, we want to make the company fit for the future and move towards climate neutrality."

"Sven Sadewasser was able to prevail in an open selection process. I am delighted that we are now filling the Management Board position with an internal applicant who already has extensive knowledge of the business and practical experience at Bonnorange AöR," says City Councillor Helmut Wiesner, Chairman of the Administrative Board of bonnorange AöR.

Sven Sadewasser is a fully qualified lawyer and worked in various national and international management positions at large companies between 1999 and 2020, focusing on human resources, law and communication. Since 2020, the 55-year-old has been working at bonnorange AöR as Head of Corporate Development and Administration and, since 2022, as Deputy Director of Bonnorange AöR.

Sven Sadewasser's contract begins on May 1, 2024 and runs for five years.
