Facebook processes a range of personal data of page visitors for its own purposes in its so-called "Page Insights". This processing takes place regardless of whether page visitors are registered with Facebook or not and regardless of whether page visitors are members of the Facebook network. Users who access the Facebook pages without being registered or logged in to Facebook also have the option of influencing the scope of data processing by means of a cookie banner set by Facebook. You can find more information about Facebook cookies at
https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/ (opens in a new tab)
Page Insights are summarized statistics that are created based on certain "events" that are logged by the Facebook servers when people interact with pages and the content associated with them. Page operators themselves do not have access to the personal data that is processed as part of "events", but only to the summarized, anonymized Page Insights.
Facebook provides more information on this under the following link:

This processing of personal data in the context of Page Insights is carried out by Facebook and us as joint controllers. We have entered into an agreement with Facebook on processing as joint controllers, which sets out the distribution of data protection obligations between us and Facebook.
The agreement is available at

If you wish to enforce a request for information or other data subject rights, the most effective way to do this is to contact the provider itself. This is because only the provider has access to visitors' data and can provide information or take action. The Beethovenhalle project team (SGB-PT1) does not have access to the data itself.
