The task is to

• to facilitate municipal services for addiction prevention and addiction treatment,
• to promote counseling, treatment and care at Bonn providers
• to provide information on needs-based services and
• to accompany the conceptual development.

The aims are to ensure that resources are used in a needs-oriented manner and to further develop the addiction support system.
