With the amendment to the Animal By-products Disposal Act (TierNebG), it has been possible since 12.2.2017 to submit an application to the competent authority for an exemption permit in accordance with Section 4 (2) TierNebG for the collection and cremation of an equine animal in an approved animal crematorium.
