In the Citizens' Information on Building, we answer general questions on building law and provide you with information on the documents and steps required for your planned project. Planning services are not provided!

The Citizens' Information Office for Building is open at the times listed under "Contact". A personal appointment is only possible after making an appointment. Please use the option to make an appointment online. You will find the link for this under "Forms and links".

We can also be reached by telephone during the above-mentioned opening hours. If you cannot get through on the phone because the staff are in conversation, please send an e-mail stating the building plot in question and your telephone number and we will be happy to call you back.
