Beuel Town Hall has rooms that can be used by the Beuel district administration office, the administration and local politicians as well as by other authorities and (Beuel) associations within the scope of their association statutes. It is not possible to allocate the premises to private individuals.

- Row seating for up to 274 people possible
- Projector, screen and microphone system available

2nd Stolper Stube/ Small meeting room:
- Seminar room
- approx. 50 m²
- for up to 18 people
