1. is the offered appointment too late for you?
Depending on staff capacity, daily appointments are made available between 7:00 am and 7:30 am. Appointments canceled by citizens are automatically made available again immediately. Please check the availability of appointments in between if necessary.

2. emergencies or particularly urgent matters?
In urgent cases, please proceed as described under point 1 and check on a daily basis whether other citizens have canceled their appointments and whether appointments have become available at short notice as a result.

• written, informal declaration of consent from the legal representative with both signatures (sample under Forms and links)
• legally binding custody order or other official certificates if custody is exercised by only one parent.
• the identity cards or passports of the parents and the identity card of the minor.
