1. is the offered appointment too late for you?
Depending on staff capacity, daily appointments are made available between 7:00 am and 7:30 am. Appointments canceled by citizens are automatically made available again immediately. Please check the availability of appointments in between if necessary.

2. emergencies or particularly urgent matters?
In urgent cases, please proceed as described under point 1 and check on a daily basis whether other citizens have canceled their appointments and whether appointments have become available at short notice as a result.

• Vehicle registration certificate or registration certificate part I or deregistration certificate and the registration plates
• Vehicle registration document or registration certificate part II
• Valid report on the last general inspection, if this was already required
• Completed insurance confirmation (cover card) for an export license plate
• ID card or passport of the owner, for companies additionally the business registration, for associations the extract from the register of associations
• Declaration of participation in the direct debit procedure (SEPA direct debit mandate)

If represented by an authorized person, the following must also be submitted

• Power of attorney
• Identity card or passport of the person granting the power of attorney and the authorized person

Minimum cost 34 euros; this fee may increase depending on the amount of work involved.
