Defect report

You can report concerns in the following categories:

> Become a green sponsor

In Bonn, there are already 630 sponsorships from citizens for beds in public spaces. These are tree beds, planters and green spaces, some of which are created, planted, cared for and maintained by associations, street communities or schools. We will contact you within a maximum of one week and advise you on the sponsorship.

> Green overgrowth in traffic areas

Plants grow from public green spaces onto roads or sidewalks and lead to restricted visibility or use. The Office for Urban Greenery takes care of this within a period of approximately six weeks.

Please note: The defect reporter is not a platform for correspondence with the Office for Environmental and Urban Greenery, but only for reporting defects.

Please note that only one concern should be mentioned per defect report, as this ensures fast and targeted processing/forwarding.

For reports concerning other topics, please use the city administration's online form.
