This workshop is ideal for parents who want to develop a deeper understanding of their children's gaming world and focus on having fun together.

Firstly, parents are given an overview of current gaming trends and the genres that are currently particularly popular with children and young people. Together, parents and children learn how to recognize manipulative game mechanisms and how to take measures against them.

The positive aspects of video games - from promoting cognitive skills to strengthening social skills - are also discussed. Parents and children will experience the fun of playing games together, exchange ideas and learn how digital games can become a shared hobby.
