We cordially invite you to join us in celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Schuman Declaration of May 9, 1950. Together we want to pay tribute to the historical significance of this visionary initiative, with which the French Foreign Minister Robert Schuman laid the foundations for European unification and securing peace after the Second World War - after all, it paved the way for the European Union.
