Go on a journey through 50 years of Bonn's democratic history in the Federal Quarter. The tour takes you along the "Path of Democracy", which connects places of historical significance in the former government district marked with 20 plaques. These include the plenary chambers, the Bundesrat, the Villa Hammerschmidt and the Palais Schaumburg, the first official residence of the Federal Chancellor from 1949 to 1976. The tour ends at the admission-free House of the History of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Admission
Adults 13 euros, concessions 7.50 euros (including public transport ticket for the VRS area)
Reduced prices apply to children and young people aged 12 to under 18, students, holders of the Bonn ID card and people with disabilities on presentation of the relevant ID. Children under the age of 12 can attend free of charge. If a person with a disability is entitled to an accompanying person, the accompanying person can take part in the guided tour free of charge.
