FEMNET e.V. is a non-profit women's rights organization and campaigns for the economic, social and cultural rights of women worldwide. In particular, FEMNET e.V. dedicates its work to supporting women in the global garment industry. FEMNET carries out educational and awareness-raising work in Germany and campaigns for international solidarity. The women's organization has the following main areas of work:

1. the project "FairSchnitt.- Studying for a socially just fashion industry" is aimed at students in the fashion industry and provides information about global production chains and corporate responsibility in the clothing industry

2) FEMNET e.V. is an active member of the Clean Clothes Campaign, which is committed to improving the working conditions of seamstresses worldwide.

3. with the help of donations, FEMNET supports two organizations in India and Bangladesh that campaign for the rights of seamstresses.
