City of Bonn

Central administration of the senior centers

The house of Bonn's elderly care center in Duisdorf.

As the operator of the three municipal retirement homes, we offer a total of around 350 places for full inpatient nursing and care across the city as well as a day care facility with 20 places.

In order to actively meet the challenges associated with the care and support of older people, the City of Bonn founded the Seniorenzentren der City of Bonn in 1998 with its modern and economical organizational form as an independent company-like institution. The result is a company that organizes the most important fields of activity quickly, flexibly and unbureaucratically under one roof.

Management and commercial administrative tasks are performed centrally at the senior citizens' centers. This leads to synergy effects in the use of personnel and material resources. The specialists in the facilities are thus given the necessary freedom to better fulfill their tasks in the interests of the people in need of care or their relatives.

The information on  data protection on the City of Bonn's website applies in full to the senior centers.

The central administration is located in Duisdorf in the Haus der Bonner Altenhilfe.
