The daily round trip costs are €25.00 up to 5 km, €30.00 from 5 km to 10 km and €42.50 from 10 km. A surcharge of €8.75 per journey is levied for wheelchair-accessible transportation.

The care services, the training levy and the travel costs are settled directly with the care insurance fund up to the maximum care insurance flat rate.

Accommodation and meal costs can be settled directly with the care insurance fund up to the amount of the available relief benefits, provided these are not otherwise exhausted (declaration of assignment required).

The investment costs are settled directly via the local social welfare office, provided that the day guest has their usual place of residence in North Rhine-Westphalia. Otherwise € 20.98 per day will be charged.
