• the services are aimed at people with alcohol, illegal drug and/or medication use disorders
• Care is also offered to people who are being substituted by registered doctors
• The "Game Over" specialist unit integrated into the specialist outpatient addiction clinic is aimed at people who have problems with gambling and/or digital media (cell phones, PCs, games consoles)
• Relatives, employers, colleagues and other caregivers can also take advantage of counseling sessions
