Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) or Federal Voluntary Service (Bfd) in the home emergency call / menu service

• Home emergency call - support of the team in the emergency service during emergency trips; in advising senior citizens; in the office in answering telephone calls and making appointments;
  in the service department, performing minor technical service tasks

• Menu service - supporting the team in the office and kitchen in advising prospective customers and customers by telephone;
  Entering orders, ordering goods, receiving goods; loading the hot-air ovens and packing the transport boxes in the kitchen and delivering the lunch menus to the customers.
  Delivery of lunch menus to senior citizens

• Bridging the waiting time for a university place or apprenticeship and combining commitment with a meaningful activity.

Voluntary service (FSJ/Bfd) is suitable as a practical part of obtaining a higher education entrance qualification.

Prerequisites

• a valid class B driver's license
• Minimum age 18 years
• Good written and spoken German
• Enjoy dealing with people and working in a team

Home emergency call:

• Certificate rescue assistant
• Paramedic if interested and suitable
• Certificate and qualified reference from the place of employment

Menu service:

• Certificates of participation in qualified training courses
• Certificate and qualified reference from the place of employment

Duration: 12 months (extension possible). Places available immediately

Remuneration / allowance: A total of € 725 (pocket money / food and travel allowance)
