ASA Flex (assisted training) is divided into two areas. In the "preliminary phase", those interested in dual training are supported in the application process and internships to find a training position. The offer is extended by targeted preparatory support lessons.
The "accompanying phase" is aimed at trainees who are unable to complete their training without additional help. It includes targeted support and remedial teaching outside of working hours, which is intended to close individual learning gaps alongside vocational school. Exam preparation for intermediate and final exams as well as learning techniques round off the offer.

Preliminary phase: Finding a suitable training position, partly through internships.
Accompanying phase: Stabilization of existing training through mediation in conflict situations between company and trainee. Training in learning techniques.

Accompanying phase: Entry possible at any time, individual hourly quota by arrangement and support needs, duration according to individual support needs
